We’re partnering with Shirts101 to offer our 30th anniversary shirts. They offer choices in multiple fabric and color options. You’ll have to choose the shirt fabric which sets a base price, then choose a size and color. Lastly you’ll choose whether to have the shirt delivered in person the next time we see you or shipped for an extra cost. Proceeds will be split between our dojo and donations to Shotokan Karate of America, our parent non-profit organization.
Shirt Styles
Shirts101 notes that moisture-wicking styles are more resistant to wear and tear and shrinkage over time.

Design and Colors
The Sha-On (Gratitude) calligraphy by Yasoji Matsuoka is featured on the front, with the SKA tiger surrounded by the text UNL Shotokan Karate 30th Anniversary on the sleeve. We’ve narrowed down the color choices to those we feel will fit best with the design.
Each shirt style has similar colors to the preceding five examples. We’ll refer to them as:
- Gold
- White
- Silver
- Sand
- Light blue and gray heather for cotton fabrics
- Sky blue as pictured here for sweat-wicking fabrics
Red is also a color option, but note the calligrapher’s red stamp will be white on those shirts.
Sizes
All shirts are unisex fit with sizes in inches. There is an extra $1.50 per size above XL.
